Hi TPG,

I believe a lot of customers will leave because of your service. You are too quick in sales and too slow in tech support. At least talk to me so i might understand.

Ive checked some things here and i can see NBN has been working on your line for the last few days in relation to dropouts on your service .

 

They have an open incident out on your line and i can see you have an appointment to resolve the matter today Wednesday, 20 May 2020, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
