Get online support
Hi,
I have had numerous people advise me that they are unable to send e-mails to my @TPG.com.au e-mail address. They receive an "undeliverable return message" each time they try. These people had no issues sending me emails up until about a month or so ago.
These external parties are from various ISP's and e-mail providers.
Really need to understand what is going on here as we are missing important e-mails.
