EMAIL DOWN

Hello my TGP email service along with my brother and sister-in-laws TPG Email is not working. No one is receiving anything. But we can send it out no one gets anything can we please sort this out?

Update!

Email works but TPG customers are not getting emails sent to them by other TPG Customers. So Sending and or receiving from a TPG account to another TPG email account is not working.

Hi @freezer101, 

Are there any errors whenever you try to send to another email address (tpg email/non-tpg email)?

Send in the email address via private message so we can have a look.
