Get online support
I have had no email access since Wednesday afternoon. I just went to the TPG service status and it nows says no issues reported. Well, I am in Cairns and I still have no access. If I go the TPG Post Office page and try to login I get an error message.
Are there any other people still not got email access? Getting beyond a joke.
We still cannot login to our email account!
I just spoke to a tpg representative on the phone, he just confirmed what I already knew and said that they had engineers working on the problem. He had no idea when they would fix this issue.
We've been advised that the email issue have been resolved.
If you are still receiving an error message 'wrong username/password' upon login to the Post Office, you need to change your password then try again. You should be able to access your webmail afterward.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
