I have used MS Outlook on my PC for about 20 Years and most of that time with TPG. Until recently I had no problems sending from Outlook, but over the last few days I noted that if I wish to reply to an email or send and new email it was rejected by TPG and marked as SPAM by TPG.
One the emails from TPG is below.
Reading thru some of other peoples posts, it would appear that my email addresses have be tagged as spam by TPG. All the emails from my outlook have a domain of "radarz.id.au' and seem to effect all emails with that address.
I am able to use the tpg web email at this time.
Please address this issue ASAP.

Shane,
Thanks for getting back to me so quick.
As the email showed that it appeared to come fromTPG I immediately assumed that the probelm was on the TPG end.
After some more fault finding on my part, and a couple of other things that were coincidentally happening at the same time, I chose to re-boot the router and that has now fixed the problem.
I feel its time to buy a new Router and hopefully that will fix the problem and prevent it from happening again.
Thanks again
Hi @tads1981,
I am glad to know that the issue was fixed by the modem reboot, I would suggest to monitor the connection for now, it is possible that the issue caused by the modem's connection to our network if that so you do not need to buy a new modem/router.
Regards,
Shane,

Hi @tads1981
Have you already tried the troubleshooting given in the article above (posted by Shane)?
If not, please try it first and update us.
If yes, have you tried sending the email via TPG Post Office if you'll receive the same error message?
BasilDV
I just did another Router reboot and it now appears I can send emails again. Could TPG be doing something to the servers to cause this to happen. THis is now the second time I have tried to send emails and the fix on both occasions have been to reboot the Router. The router I am using now is a different one that I was using the first tme this happened, yet the same problem is occurring.
I can send an email from the TPG Postoffice without an issue. I have also tried changing the password with no effect.
Hi @tads1981
How many emails are you sending per day? How many recipients per mail?
Are you using a VPN connection?
BasilDV
I would be lucky to send one email per day, sometimes two and rarely to any more than one or two recipients.
