New nbn connection

Hi, I’ve just had my nbn equipment delivered, have the activation text etc. I followed all the instructions to plug it all in. But no internet light. I have tried resetting both the NCD and the router but no change. The NCD has a blue power light and the blue link button is also on. The router has the power light, 2.4G & 5G lights on. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We were able to locate your account using your community details and understand that you've been in touch with our NBN Provisioning. They've advised you that the NBN service is still not installed or active, which is why the service is not working.
