Thanks for raising this to us, is your Emails is currenty setup on Email Client? If so, please try to test the incoming email using your Posts Office let us know how it will go.
If the issue persist on both Email Client and using our TPG Post Office, please send me your account details (Username/Customer ID) together with the address on file, also include the affecetd e-mail address.

Emails sent to my Microsoft email address arrive almost instantly. Those sent to my TPG email address take up to half an hour to arrive. Why is that? Do I have a wrong setting somewhere?
