Get online support
Cannot get email in Thunderbird. Cycles thru sending of password did not succeed, and login to server mail.tpg.com.au failed. I can get into webmail ok. But Webmail appears to not send emails.

There was a reported issue with our Email server, which was resolved today.
Please try the service and let us know how it goes.
