Email not working

My email account is working Intermittently  I am using OUTLOOK. I am connected on NBN

More often than not I cannot sent or receive an email. If I "send" an email to myself, it takes ages (far too long) to appear in my "sent" folder.... it NEVER becomes available to "receive" I am "told" ...there are no new emails etc.

I can rarely "log in" to the TPG Post Office... if I am successful with the "Log IN"....I can never ever access the "In Box"

If I send an email to myself from my GOOGLE account..... Google shows the email as "sent" but it is NEVER ever received by TPG

Assistance would be appreciated please.....\\

Hi @mikel,

 

There are a couple of factors that we need to look into.

  • Is this happening to one device only or multiple? 
  • Have you tried setting up your Outlook email to a different laptop/PC?

Looking at your account, an email specialist is assigned to contact and assist you in performing troubleshooting and check for any underlying issue.

Now 1432 hours 8 Feb.

 

Let me update my problem........

 

There are two computer in my office. One is mine (this one) the other is used by my wife using her own email address at delxxxxx.tpg. We are both connected to the same modem. We are connected to NBN. 

 

If I send an email to myself on my computer it may or may not "send" immediately. In many instances, the email simply WILL NOT "send" and "times out. In either instance the email does not become available to be received for up to 20 odd minutes. I try to "log in' to tpg-post office... but again it can take up to 25 minutes to log in. When I do eventually "log in" to the Post Office... it can take up to another 25 minutes to gain entry to the "in box". The email I sent an hour earlier may or MAY NOT be evident.

 

If I position myself on my wifes computer I am able to send and receive emails without delay. Access to her "tpg post office" is always possible. The content of all "boxes" (In...Sent etc") are all visable.

 

Can you please assist.
