Email relay denied?

Every so often, usually a Friday afternoon, my emails bounce back.

 

I've checked my settings and they are correct. I'm using Outlook, I don' t want to use the TPG postbox...it's not a convenient platform for my work and I have to keep Outlook open at the same time anyway because postbox doesn't keep a big enough archive.

 

I've run all virus software and there seems to be no problem there,

Here is the message from System Administrator

 

relay denied. IP name possibly forged [118.208.112.45]

 

What else can I do?
