Hi 

I am overseas in South Africa and my email won't send with the error message as per the attachment. Can you please assist me.

I receive emails seemingly without problem.

Hi @thehartzenbergs

 

You may need to try changing your Outgoing mail server based on your current internet service provider in South Africa.

 

Contact your Internet service provider and ask for their outgoing mail settings.

Do you mean the isp provider in South Africa and not TPG?
I also can’t sign into my Australian TPG account because my phone also with TPG doesn’t receive messages like the verification number to complete signing in.

Yes, since you are currently outside the country, you may need to use the outgoing mail server of your internet service provider.

 

In order to activate your International roaming, shoot me a PM with your account details.

Your Email address and TPG username or customer ID number.

Hi @thehartzenbergs . You can use TPG Post Office (webmail) to send mail. Just BCC each email to yourself so you get a copy of your sent emails.
