Get online support
Emails to my TPG email account are getting blocked. When I try signing up to accounts with my TPG email address the email never arrives. The sender says that TPG received the email, and that TPG respnded with "250 OK".
I tried getting someone with a gmail account to send me an email it also didn't arrive. I sent an email from my work email address and that did work - so I know that it is possible to get an email.
I don't understand why I don't receive the email and why the email doesn't even appear in spam.
I can see a bunch of posts in this message board saying to PM someone but button doesn't seem to exist. How do I stop TPG from throwing away emails?

Are there specific email domains that are being blocked? Have you checked on your spam and junk folders for these emails that should arrive on your main inbox?

Yes of the 3 emails I expected yesterday the 2 domains that I did not receive email were:
* gmail.com and
* eftposair.westpac.com.au
It was the eftposair.westpac.com.au email that TPG's mail server replied with 250 OK.
I'm using TPG's webmail and the mail does not exist in the folders "inbox" and "spam". I'm using my TPG email address for this account, so feel free to check my mail if you want.

Thanks for confirming that. If you are able to obtain the exact error message from the email rejection, please send it to postmaster@tpg.com.au including the subject letterhead for investigation. Apologies for the inconvenience.
