Emails failing this morning

After yesterday's failure to send to GMail (fixed later in the day), now cannot send to any address this morning.

Error message:
Task '****@tpg.com.au - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later'

Similar problems from others reported this morning on Whirlpool.

Speaking as a longtime TPG supporter this is disappointing

I have exactly the same issue - we must be on the same server.

Just to add:

Receive works fine.
Also problem sending from smartphone (android) with message 'something went wrong'.

I am sending emails from webmail pages and they seems to go through but I am BCCing myself into those emails and I am not receiving them.

I am also receiving emails.

My Outlook is still trying to send without success, latest try 9:58.
