Emails not being delivered from tpg email address

Have not been able to send messages from my tpg email address to my father or to another email address of my own for a few months now. Both recipient email addresses are from the same domain name which is hosted by  "Crazy Domains"".  I have reached out to Crazy Domains and they are stating that it's an issue with TPG, and have given me the attached screenshot.  Have also suggested I require a new IP from TPG.  How do I go about doing this?

Error messages I am receiving: "5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'timeout''

Please submit the email error details to postmaster@tpg.com.au and include your TPG email address on the subject.
