For the last week I haven't been able to send emails from my phone. I can from every other device. I can receive them on my phone but when sending it just says "sending message does not complete" I can send from my gmail but not my main tpg account. It's an android LG.
Hi VB. When sending on your phone, are you using TPG Post Office (webmail) or a mail client?
If client, which one? What are the settings for SMTP? Server, port, security.
Does the failed item stay in Outbox? Or anything in Inbox with more info on error?
