It has been over a month and still no home phone and internet AT ALL!! I pay for this bundle on behalf of my grandparents, they are very old and require the home phone to call emergency services. Especially at a time like this!! I cannot believe how little help I have received! I am not allowed to visit my grandparents as we are on lockdown- my grandfather has a severe heart condition. I am worried sick!!! And on top of this I am STILL GETTING CHARGED ALL THESE PAYMENTS FROM TPG!!! I want to cancel I am disgusted in this company. Please someone help me!
