Enable php on websites

Hi all,

I uploaded some php files to the website ftp and they appear to be ignored. html/javascript is woking fine. I note from item 2.12 in the FAQ that php is meant to be supported although it may not be enabled by default.

Does anyone know to get it activated?

Also, does anyone know how to activate https? This is pretty much the norm now and a few programmes won't accept unsecure http connections.
