What's teh big deal with your custumer service?
I've been trying to contact TPG for 3 days and no one answers the calls. I've tried to use "return my call" servcie and I still haven't heard a word from you? You guys are charging my account twice and I can't contact you! What's the big deal for solving simple problems? Why don't you have a live chat in 2022? I'm spending my Saturday trying to contact you. What a hassle to solve an issue that you gusy created!
