Equipment Failure BOTH Modem and NBN Box...
I need replacements for both the Modem and NBN Box.
We had an electrical storm yesterday and both the modem and the nbn box are dead, no power to either, have tried them on other power points that are working fine, I tried the reset button as requested but they are DEAD. I called and an engineer was going to call back? I need these replaced ASAP to get commuication working again. Help needed.
