Can anyone tell me what this error code is. Can't test internet connection or speed. Having a few buffering issues

Are you using a Win10 Computer?

 

Are you experiencing the same issue with other devices like smartphones or tablet?

 

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Not on computer. It's Google TV that is having the issues. No other devices has the issue. Have turned off the entire NBN setup and additional device like Google wifi. Trying to test internet connection with Pixel 7 pro phone

We can't find any information about the error message that you've been receiving on your Google TV.

 

You may check it directly with Google support for further troubleshooting.

 

Also, please make sure that you have the latest software installed on your device to avoid any problems.

@BasilDV  @Happy_go_lucky . Any chance the N3DM6U error is coming from the TPG app? Otherwise, how woulld anything else know the user's plan, TPG username and address?

It's not coming from Google TV. The buffering is on the tv but that error code is coming from the TPG APP test my connection.
Every test issues a new error code

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the App?

 

You may also try to reboot the modem/router to give it a quick refresh.
