I am so tired of this. I'm trying to give you people more money and you refuse to take it. Every time I try to upgrade my NBN to a higher plan I get this error code < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists > when I get to the end of the process.
I refuse to call TPG because I don't wish to spend hours on the phone with someone I don't understand.
Please fix this for me.
