We tried to search for your account using your community details to no avail.
Are using an Email client or you are using the TPG Post Office? If you are using an Email client, have you tried to send an email using the TPG Post Office?
If you are not able to send an email using TPG P.O., then change your email account password and try again.
If you are under the NBN technology and the affected email is the main/master account, then you need to change the configuration password in the modem.
