You're close to exceeding your usage quota for your peak service. If you reach your quota, the speed of your internet service during all peak hours of your plan will be shaped to 128 kbps until the start of your next billing cycle on 4/04/2020.
You have nearly reached the data limit for the peak hours part of your plan. When you reach the limit, your peak hours internet speed is reduced to 128kbps until your next billing cycle starts.
You can check your daily usage by logging in to the My Account section of TPG,
select Check Your Account Usage (New & Improved).
