@Shane . TPG should check that the connection is NBN25, not NBN12.

 

@Neo78 . You can do some local speed checks.

Ping the local ip address of your router, eg.     ping -n 20 192.168.1.1

Response times should be around 1 ms.

Ping TPG server,    ping -n 20 www.tpg.com.au

Response times should be several ms.

Not sure if something has been done in the background, but speed is much better now.

I will monitor and come back to you if I still get some issues with this.
