Not sure what the issue is, but I've tried calling multiple times today. We have 4 people working from home using the connection and trying to play games at night, up until 2 days ago we had no issues doing all of the above.
Please resolve asap.
I have also have been on hold for 2 hours so far, after finally getting in the queue.
I had recieved a call back with no one on the other end of the line previous to this.
