FTTB Bankstown unstable and disconnected

My internet has been unstable for the last 3 days. Now it’s disconnected after several “turn off and on again” attempts.
Please help. Thank you Smiley Happy

Hi, 

 

We've determined that there has been an outage in your area but the service must be restored by now. Kindly unplug the modem from the wall socket and plug it back in then see if you will regain the connection.

Hi there,
We haven’t heard from anyone yet regarding the update for our internet.
What’s the ETA for the fix? We’re working from home so without internet we’re quite frustrated.

My main phone number is also out of service, can you try reaching out using another one?
