NBN speed slow.

Hi, I keep experiencing many dropouts per day. I have been in touch with TPG support and am awaiting a call from them. Not only do I keep experiencing dropouts, the NBN speed is way, way below what I am paying for. I think in the past months, I have only had 40-48Mbps for one to two days. When I do a speed test, TPG says average speed is 43.Not for me. I rely on my connection two days a week for work from home and it is becoming increasingly difficult to perform it. Supposedly an íssue' in the street was fixed recently and I am close to looking elsewhere although I have been a loyal customer (more than 20 years) and have always found the support people helpful. But really, how much more can one take? Am I unlucky or is this typical? Regards
