FTTB Internet disconnected

Hi TPG team

I’ve been suffering from severe dropouts on my FTTB connection. Today the connection has completely stopped and using the TPG app reports that my internet connection is offline.

I have been waiting on the support line for hours and the chat app does not work (does not even let me connect - as TPG is assisting others).

Grateful for your urgent assistance as we are all working from home!
