FTTB Superfast plan speed capped to 70mbps

So I am currently on the FTTB M Bundle plan with the superfast option for 90mbps typical speeds. However since the service has been active, I have never gotten speeds above 70mbps, even on ethernet connections. It's just stalling on 70-71mbps at most. It seems to not go any higher, Does anyone know why this is the case? Is it the limitations of the modem? or building?

Hi @louisrodriguez

It appears it may in fact be an issue with the cabling  within the building ?
I  can see this was only installed in mid  May.

#FTTB Speeds:
Typical Evening Download Speed is measured between 7pm and 11pm. Actual throughput speeds may be slower and could vary due to various factors including interference, customer cabling and equipment, download source, and quality and distance of in-building copper.

Is there anything I can do from my end to help this situation?

Unfortunately TPG do not have a control with this issue. The Sync Speed degradation is caused by the quality of copper cable going into your premises. Let us know should you require further assistance. Cheers!
