FTTB dropping connection every few mins all day and night for 3 days straight

My FTTB service has constantly been dropping connection in and out all day and night for 3 days now.

  • Raised a fault via app, no response.
  • Attempt to access Live Chat using my phone, unavailable.
  • No phone numbers listed on the site to contact support.

I have reset modem multiple times, no change.

I have used Net Uptime Monitor to capture the drop outs - logs can be provided if required.

I'm using the original Huawei HG630 modem supplied by TPG when I got FTTB service established in Dec 2016.

I have had almost zero problems in these 3 years but this current situation is extremely problematic as I require working internet for my work from home job and this is severely impacting my work for 3 days now.
