FTTB not working

I've been without internet since at least Sunday afternoon. I've had a ticket logged since Sunday but haven't heard back from TPG. Spoke to a bloke online and while he was nice and did his best he just asked me the same questions I was asked originally. I just want to know what is going on as the whole situation is driving me crazy. The internet worked fine from day one after the tech came on moving day then suddenly no DSL or internet lights on the modem.
