For casual browing my FTTB is ok but with working from home the last week and being on multiple video calls my internet seems to be unstable/dropout every few hours.
Doing speed tests the speed if often 30mbps - 55 mbps but it can be as low as 1-2mbps
I think it needs a technician to come out and have a look at the line/port

In your case, our Engineers weren't able to detect any fault within the network and advised that it is a possible modem issue. Further updates with the modem request will be given by your assigned Engineer once available.
