i am getting about 1Mbp download speed at midnight
Hi @coolmafia,
I've managed to locate your account and remote tests showed that your modem is currently detecting a sync speed of 107Mbps from the line which you can confirm when you log in to your modem's user interface.
It appears that the problem is getting the result to show up on your devices. It's possible that the trouble you may be having could be WIFI-related (signal interference, distance, weak signal) if you're using a WIFI connection only.
We would suggest running a speed test on a computer connected via Ethernet for us to narrow down the actual cause of the slower connection speed
You may check the article that we've created to troubleshoot a 'Slow speed issue'.
If you are using a WiFi connection, are you connected to the 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? We've also created some articles that will help you improve your home WiFi network.
Let us know how it goes.

Hi @coolmafia,
I have organised a call back to be made tomorrow, 19 January 2021 at 6PM SYD from our Technical Team for assistance.
Based on the result of the test, the modem is connected for more than a week now.
Rebooting the modem is one of the basic troubleshooting for most internet problems. Modems are like any other electronic devices, it is not built to be running at all times. One of the reasons why we advise this is that when you leave your modem on for too long, it will tend to stop performing at its best.
Should you require further assistance, you may reach out to us again or you may check out our self-help options located here: http://tpg.com.au/support
