Get online support
There has been no internet to my unit since yesterday. Internet light is off on my TPlink modem and all other lights are on or flashing.
Called up TPG and the staff on the phone said my connection became inactive but cannot do any further investigation over the phone. Said it would be escalated to an engineer but did not get a request/ticket number for it.
Has anyone had any experience with this?
