Hi,
More than these 3 months, we have minutes outages every one hour.
Modem report doesn't say any error so it seems like infrustracture issues.
Trying to avoid to change VDSL modem as we sometimes use VoIP calls.
What should I check next?

Hi @oz01, please be advised the VoIP service is only provisioned on the TPG supplied modem. Using a third party one will not make the VoIP work.
