Hi we have been having problems with outages for the last few days, have not had issues for a long time, can i get someone to look into this please, seems to happen morning, mid afternoon and late evening

Can i please get a reply to my last message? i cant seem to send another reply. Really fed up with the poor excuse for internet i have at the moment
