FTTC Blue connection light flashing

Hi
I’ve had connection for about a month. Now all of a sudden, I’ve lost connection and the blue connection light on the NBN box is flashing - seems like it is trying to reconnect.
I can’t get through via phone.
Please help.

Hi aj8watson,

I need some information about your set  up. Make sure nbn ncd is directly connected to socket using telephone cable.

how many socket you have in your place?

how's socket condition? clean, dusty, corroded

have you tried to connect nbn ncd using different telephone cable?

if its old style socket ( 610 type) then have you tried with different  610 adaptor?

Everything is clean and we only have 1 socket in the home. It is not a 610.
Like I said, everything was working fine, then it just stopped. I’ve tried resetting, nothing changed.
