Get online support
Posting here because I've called the TPG technical support phone number at least 4 times in the last week, and am yet to have anyone pick up the phone.
I'm on a FTTC connection and the connection light on my NCD has been flashing blue and clicking constantly since last Wednesday. Have done all the usual power-downs, resets, tried swapping out the cable to the wall socket etc. From reviewing other posts here I suspect there's a problem between my apartment wall socket and the street, but can't get on to anyone from TPG (not answering the phone on your technical support line). Very bad service on the whole.
