FTTC NBN NCD Connection Light Flashing RED / No Internet

After a big thunderstorm passed through our suburb a couple nights back. The FTTC NBN Box is now making a clicking sound & one of the lights (Chain Link) is flashing red

I have tried resetting the nbn box and checking all cables to no success.

I have also tried calling tech support 8 times and am unable to get through.

So far no internet for over 24 hours because I can't get through to tech support. Please help
