FTTC NCD Not Working After Storm

Hi,

After yesterday's storm, our FTTC NCD hasn't been working. The Power light remains blue, while the Connection one flashes red. The DSL/LAN ones remain off. Every few seconds there is a clicking sound from it as well.

We've tried power cycling, resetting and using different cables but the issue still persists.
