Get online support
We have had no internet since an electrical storm on Friday night. The FTTC connection device indicates line fault (red flashing connection light). TPG support are seamingly uncontactable, the best i could do was schedule a call back for Monday after 6pm. Being without internet for 3+ days is unacceptable anytime let along over Easter with the family home the entire time. Is there a moderator on here to get this escalated?
