I have requested to transfer my previous NBN service FTTP to my current address on 15th Dec 2017. Unfortunately I have to sign the new plan up which is FTTN with 12 months contract. However, it has been almost 2 weeks without internet at my place, and has affected a lot of works.
I tried to check online about instalation progress. It always states "Instalation stage 2". Please check it out for me. It seems the technitians are on holiday during the Christmas and New Year. I have suffered with TPG previously with my first NBN instalation, I hope this time won't take that long. Otherwise I do consider to move onto other providers with better service and cheap fees.

I checked your account and I understand that you were able to speak with our service delivery team. The planned order completion of your NBN service will be on the 3rd of January, 2018. You are not required to be on the premises as the installation will be done outside.
