From this afternoon all I get on my modem/router is a flashing DSL light. No line sync at all even after rebooting a few times. I also checked for outages in my area - none listed.

Any help appreciated.

I requested to change the callout appointment time for an NBN technician and have not received a response yet.

The line fault in the copper pairs has been fixed and my broadband is back up and running.

Thanks go to TPG staff and NBN for attending to this matter promptly.
