I have enquired here and help line regarding upgrade from FTTN to fttp. I am registered with nbn. And tpg for this and my suburb is eligible for upgrade. Tpg has avoided direct answers saying that tpg is participating in upgrades but is waiting for nbn advice, this is untrue. TPG is not a participating provider. Stop delaying and lying. Please regard this as a formal complaint and acknowledge it as such. Pls also upgrade my nbn.
