Have FTTP Superfast which we remained on after a promo period. It's been excellent for the most part, but I've recently noted that the speeds never pass 50mbps after frequently reaching 200+ in the past. (Typically 47-48 is what we're getting).
Nothing has changed with our setup, and I've done all the necessary resets, checks, updates etc. and nothing will return our speeds to their former glory. Even our online account still reflects the Superfast plan.
Was hoping someone can touch base and get this checked on TPG's end.
