Hi, I recently requested for cancelling TPG Home Wireless service and two mobile plans from the community, and someone was able to help me out.
After I got an email from TPG that 'we have received the request for your TPG Home Wireless service: cancel service'. and added that ' we'll send you another email once this request has been completed'.
I was wondering when will this request be completed?
And also, where can I return the modem? Is there a pick up serivce, or do I need to mail it to a specific location?

We can confirm that the cancellation is in progress. You will receive a confirmation once the termination is completed which is roughly at the end of October.
You will also receive a connote with instructions on how you can return the modem.
