FTTP UPGRADE AVAILABLE?

I have recieved a letter from NBN CO stating my area is available for the fttp upgrade, when i go the the link of providers TPG is not listed? is TPG participaing in this program? if so, how do i go about applying for the upgrade.

I am also trying to get a FTTN to FTTP upgrade and have spoken to multiple people there. When I first called up I was told it could be done, and when I followed up yesterday I was told you are not participating in the NBN Fibre upgrade program and it cannot be done.

If I churn my NBN connection to a competitor they can do the fibre upgrade, and offer the 100/20 plan at the same pricing as you, please help me I don’t want to leave as I have been a customer for years.
