Fault Report timescales

My internet has been down intermittently for a week and now appears to be solidly down.
I’ve just reported the fault via the TPG app… can anyone confirm what happens next? How long before I can expect someone to contact me or to fix the fault?

We'll chase this up with our Engineering Team and have them to immediately assess your connection issue. Flick us a message with your TPG customer ID/username along with your contact details.
