Firmware update of TP-Link Archer C1200

Hi,

Good day. Looks like my TP-Link Wireless Router Archer C1200 is currently at old firmware. Since it is a restricted and with customised firmware router by TPG as the firmware update, provided by TP Link, and backup and restore options are both disable at this moment with my router and thus TPG should provide this firmware updates. There are couple of new firmware updates available on TP Link website now.

My router current info is:

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.59779 (EU)

Hardware Version: Archer C1200 v1.0

Which shows the last time the firmware upgrade was done with the date 08/02/2012 update and we have two recent updates for this year.

So could you please kindly guide me how to upgrade the firmware of my router.

We do firmware update for TPG's supplied modem via OTA.

Send us your TPG account and we'll request for a firmware update for your account
