We had a storm come through today and my internet dropped out. The NBN box is clicking and the connection (chain link) light is flashing red.
I have checked for known outages within TPG and on the NBN link that has been provided before.
I have also run through the troubleshoot options and done a hard reset.
Please help as I need to be able to work from home!

This sounds like we definitely should check your line since you have performed troubleshooting.
Any chance you can send your TPG account details via private message in order for us to escalate the issue to our Tech team?
